Carvosso Mill is one of three luxury pet-friendly properties at Cosawes Barton, all recently renovated from original estate buildings. Cosawes Barton is a beautiful 17 acre estate set in Cornish woodlands and fields which guests are welcome to explore, and the estate can also offer an exclusive setting for small bespoke weddings and family celebrations. The Mill is a 5* Gold award-winning self catering properly with stunning original features and level access throughout. The beautiful octagonal open-plan living/dining area is light and spacious, with double height ceiling, leather sofas and cosy wood-burner. There is a luxury handmade kitchen, and large dining table with seating for 6. The living area opens onto a private enclosed garden, with further access to 17 acres of private grounds. Carvosso Mill is all on one level with easy access to front and back. It has 3 luxurious bedrooms, one with a large en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is also a luxury wet-room with step-free shower and washbasin.

Accessibility

Visitors can park immediately outside the Mill. Access to the front door is flat and via a paved very gentle ramp. Doorway sills are flat. The entrance door is double width and the doorways and corridors are extra wide. Garden access is via a set of double width French doors onto a flat patio.
