Overview
My mum who was visiting and my fiance and I went to this Costa for a coffee before getting on the bus. Almost everything was great! It was quiet (no loud music) and calm and very clean. The layout was easy for me to navigate, it was very open and flowed well. The staff were super helpful and when I asked helped me carry our tray to our table as I was unable to do so. The whole experience was very nice.
Transport & Parking
I took the bus from the West End to City Centre. There's also a subway stop right outside, and parking in the Buchanan Galleries care park.
Access
No steps, there was good signage, and staff were readily help if I needed help reading the menu. There was lot's of seating, optional steps (there is a ramp to get in) and a lift from the car park.
Toilets
They do not have an accessible toilet. The nearest accessible toilet is in Greggs (possibly) next door. It was tidy but hard for me to deal with even though I wasn't using my mobility aids that day. Claustrophobic and cramped. Only one toilet available.
Staff
Fantastic staff! Eager to help with my accessibility needs and made excellent coffee! They were very kind and polite, and very apologetic about the lack of accessible toilet.
