Not Accessible

They have recently changed access to the toilets to require a code to enter, including the accessible toilet, instead of a radar key lock. The seating and layout is chaotic and is unsuitable for wheelchairs. The door upon entry is too heavy to push open manually while in a wheelchair especially. There is no lowered counter to order or pay, the noise level is too high to hear the staff behind the counter.
