Great afternoon at historical site
This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair
20 disabled car parking spaces at front. Level access to visitor centre. Lovely self service cafe. When buying our tickets we were given a free carer ticket. There's mobility scooters you can borrow for free to go round the battlefields. Very informative exhibits then flat access to battlefield. We found the battlefields very atmospheric especially when the heavens opened!
Transport & Parking
We travelled by car so can't comment on public transport. 20 disabled parking spaces in front of the visitor centre. Free parking for members of National Trust for Scotland
Excellent flat access
Good disabled toilet beside reception. Only negative is the disabled toilets are inside the ordinary toilets so I found that awkward as my husband usually pushes me to the toilet.
Fantastic staff that told us about the free carer ticket and explained about the mobility scooter.

Definitely worth a visit
