Disabled Access at Dover Gateway

DDA compliant building throughout - push button door on main entrance, wide access for wheelchairs. The gateway is all situated on one, ground floor. Changing Place is also available as an asscessible toilet and as a facility for those who need additional services

On street parking around the Gateway - car park behind the Gateway (Stembrook car park) which is a very short walk away

Toilets features at Dover Gateway

Available behind the Meet & Greet Desk. Changing Place is a locked facility however is opened by a radar key. These are available to buy at the Meet & Greet desk or a member of staff can unlock the door if required. There is an accessible toilet, hoist, height adjustable changing bed, height adjustable sink and a temperature controlled shower available for use. Customers will need to provide theor own straps for the hoist, towels and wash materials.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
