    Easy access

    very accessible but for bathroom, easy parking, Bedrooms poor for wheelchair access, and non responsive staff to broken bathroom door. Restaurant access and space v good, Good sea views for reasonable prices Promenade pavement access poor for lack of dropped kerbs
