East Somerset Railway

The East Somerset Railway is a heritage steam railway situated in the rural village of Cranmore, near Shepton Mallet. Visitors can experience a nostalgic round trip journey through the Mendip countryside on a preserved railway line. The family friendly attraction features an on site museum, a well stocked station shop, a children’s play area, and refreshments at the Whistlestop Café.

The venue website details a main car park with six designated Blue Badge parking spaces located fifty metres from the entrance. Flat access to the platform and ticket office is available via a separate lane leading to a drop off point and two additional accessible parking spaces.
