Accessibility

Level access to the hotel is made through automatic sliding doors, and a lift will take you to all our bedrooms and conference venues with ease. Level access is also provided into Hornton Grange via the new extension to the rear of the building. Accessible bedrooms with adapted ensuite bathrooms available in the main hotel. Simply choose an adapted standard room when you book. Accessible toilets feature across the hotel’s communal areas, and we have a Deaf Alerter to support those with hearing difficulties. If there’s anything else you need, all you need do is ask. We can also create a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan for you if you require one.
