    Birmingham Botanical Gardens is a 15 acre grade II* listed landscape, with diverse micro-climates, offering a uniquely bio-diverse natural environment. It is one of the UK’s most significant historic botanic gardens which has remarkably remained intact since 1829. We're the green heart of Birmingham. The Gardens offers something for everyone. With over 30,000 plants to explore in our 4 Victorian Glasshouses and exciting outdoor Gardens including two Alpine Gardens, the Japanese Garden showcasing the National Bonsai Collection, a Pinetum, the Adventure Playground, and a rolling lawn overlooking our authentic bandstand. Make a day of it, with Medicine Bakery on site, seasonal garden walks and a variety of fun events throughout the year.
