Overview

I went to receive my vaccines and everything was so well thought out and organised.

Transport & Parking

I got a taxi both times and was dropped off outside the centre.

Access

It appeared that on the ground floor they were pulling disabled people aside so they didn't have to go downstairs. The first time I was vaccinated upstairs within a few minutes. Second time there was no one able to give me a vaccine upstairs so I was showed the lift to downstairs and was directed to various spots and had about a 20 minute wait. It however felt organised, free following and safe.

Toilets

I used the non disabled loos they were clean and I felt safe using them. Did not see the disabled loos.

Staff

Very helpful and those administering the vaccines where polite and explained the side effects etc really well.

Go and get your vaccine, I was worried that it would be disorganised but it was well thought out and I felt safe.
