Excellent
The swimming pool at energise has disabled parking, very friendly,helpful staff, a hydrotherapy pool, easy walk in steps and a hoist, making it an ideal place for anyone who may have any issues regarding mobility. In addition to this, it also has adjustable changing areas and wheelchair accessible cubicles, complete with braille numbered lockers! The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. It was a clean, relaxed environment which I would highly recommend.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The building was wheelchair accessible, and again, plenty of room to manoeuvre. The changing benches were height adjustable and there was also a pool hoist.
Parking & Transport

Plenty of disabled parking near the entrance, and enough room to manoeuvre around the vehicle.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Clean, tidy, spacious and accessible toilets.
Staff
Excellent
Excellant! Very happy and cheerful staff on the front desk.
