An uncomfortable experience

I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Bad
Exotica World Foods is not disability friendly by any standards. It is impossible for a wheelchair/powerchair to access the store at all and anyone using a walking aid will struggle greatly. The aisles are very narrow, there are food products left precariously on the floor around the store, some stacked waist high and there are numerous trip hazards.
Disabled Access In and Around
Bad
There is absolutely no accessibility for anyone with additional needs to access this store.
Parking & Transport
Bad
I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
The only parking available nearby is on street parking and this is incredibly difficult to attain as the street is very busy and spaces are often occupied by delivery vans. There is ample parking in the town centre, however this would require you to then walk/wheel a fair distance to the shop.
Accessible facilities: Public or on street parking
Staff
I had to wait outside for my partner to complete our shop after discovering that I couldn't enter the store and in that time I was completely ignored by any and all staff that passed me.
