Overview

Overall the park catered for many needs and had fantastic disabled access.

Transport & Parking

There is disabled parking. The bus stop is close to park entrance and is actually within the park grounds. However the more frequent bus stop for return journeys is 1/4 of a mile from the park entrance.

Access

The park is built with optimal disabled access however it is spread over a large area of land. There is a lot of ground to cover when seeing every attraction. All rides and attractions with ramped access.

Toilets

There are several toilet facilities. All the toilets are spacious and all have disabled facilities. However they are mainly populated around the food areas of the park. There are none, that I can recollect, around the zoo area.

Staff

Unfortunately on the day I visited half the staff fleet were unwilling to interact with customers and acted glum. The other half seemed to enjoy their job and went the extra mile to ensure all park users had a good time. These particular staff were patient and understanding of everyone's needs.
