George Best Belfast City Airport

Met from the plane by a lovely lady and an ambulift. She wheeled me out of the airport all the way to the cab rank. Waited until I was settled in the airport. Same lady met me on my return journey. Same excellent attention.

This is a tiny little airport, great if you have trouble walking to far away gates, there's nowhere to walk to here, just one waiting area with 3 boarding doors. You can move around independently until your flight if you choose to, and if you are waiting with the assistance staff you will be in the same area with the same information as other passengers. The downside is that there's next to nothing to do, and should you have a flight after about 8pm there is no refreshment available. Flipside of the small size is it's a horrible place to have to wait for a delayed flight, very claustrophobic.
