Before booking, I rang the venue to check access. I asked about step free access and was told that I could use the side entrance and would be able to access the toilet. When we arrived, there was no side entrance, only two front entrances with a small step- perhaps small enough for a manual chair with large wheels but not for my scooter or an electric chair. No ramp was offered. Inside, our table had been placed up a very high step, and I was offered to sit at a separate table away from the rest of my party. The toilet was also up the step. As a result, I was not able to join the meal with my friends.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
Public parking on the street which was full for a half mile radius. We ended up having to park on double yellow lines with my blue badge.

Poor
Staff were very nice and polite, but I was given incorrect information when I called, and suggestions that I could be seated separately from my group and that the staff would "lift" me and my scooter in by hand did not go down well. Very poor.
