Disabled Access at Glengoyne Distillery

There is step-free access via a very easy slope at the most accessible entrance. There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas. Access throughout may include uneven surfaces, manual doors, doors permanently held open, automatic doors and narrow walkways. Some parts of the distillery tour and tasting rooms can be accessed via stairs. The following facilities are available: a seat/chair, a manual wheelchair and a water bowl for assistance dogs. The venue can provide large print documents and documents in different languages. Additional facilities/services include: Wi-Fi. Staff receive the following training: Bronze Accessibility Award, Mental Health Awareness and First Aid Training. There are some spaces that are less accessible, stepped, or have challenging floor surfaces. Visitor access needs can be discussed and alternative routes taken. This includes for assistance dogs and their owners.
