Overview

A pleasant spa and health club set on a hill. It was very clean and with top rated equipment. The swimming pool is good, well used, and looks worth while using the facility. There are plenty of training machines, and nicely decorated out beauty salon. It is all on the level except one area, entering the training area, where there is a small step to be wary of (photo 8). The Spa club is behind the hotels front entrance car park (photo 1) and you just need to follow the driveway around to it (photo 2). Park up then go along the path to the Spa entrance (photo 3). We were greeted by a very pleasant young man (photo 4) who took care of us and showed us around. The swimming pool was a delight to see (photo 5) nicely thought out designs, and practical with nice little touches (photo 6). It had a good sized Jaccuzi bubbling pool which seemed to be popular (photo 7) and the whole Spa is family friendly. The modern training area is large, BUT MIND THE SMALL STEP to enter (photo 8) and there is an excellent choice of modern equipment (photos 9 and 10) and they even had a decent badminton court (photo 11). Disabled have their own changing room (photo 12) which was clean and tidy. the leisure club (photo 13) is easy to enter, leading to a well appointed beauty salon (photo 14) with private rooms available (photo 15) so all in all, we felt the club would be a delightful place to enjoy their facilities. On departure you just need to pick your car up (photo 16) and drive round through main hotels car park and along towards the exit which looks over the RAVENSWOOD SKI AND SNOWBOARD PARK (photo 17) (WE OFFER A REVIEW FOR RESORT PARK OUR FINAL THOUGHTS The whole hotel was quite a nice place to visit, the Spa and health club is very nice, suitable for disabled. It is very clean throughout, with modern equipment. We would recommend the Spa.

Transport & Parking

The Spa car park is at the rear of the hotel (photo 1) so just follow the driveway to pass the hotel (photo 2) and go round to the rear. You can then be pushed along on the level to enter the spa reception (photo 3) It is all then on the level for you, with easy access to the pool and facilities (photo 5)

Access

There are no steps to worry about as it’s all on the level to enter pool (photo 5) BUT there is a small step if you want to use training equipment (photo 8)
