Grand Harbour Hotel

Stayed as we were going on a cruise and the hotel has free parking for the duration of your cruise. Requested wheelchair accessible room for mum. No roll in shower available, just a regular shower. The roll in shower facility was communal, cold and on a different floor. Nice staff, poor wheelchair accesible room.

This hotel is disabled-friendly on ground floor and has limited number of wheelchair-accessible rooms. Ideal for a 1-night stay before embarking on a voyage aboard one of Cunard's even more disabled-friendly ships. Cunard have hoists on Queen Mary 2 which enable carers to cope with those with severe mobility problems.
