Excellent
A great experience where spontaneously arriving and being two powerchair users was irrelevant. Great service and lovely food.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
From arriving to getting seated by the window it was easy. Plenty of room to manoeuvre through the restaurant, moveable tables and chairs to fit us in, good loo and great staff. Not a noisy environment, felt comfortable and relaxed.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Parking in the multi storey car park is easy and not too far away. Arriving by bus drops you off just outside the shopping centre doors and large lifts, there are several, take you up to the second floor.
Accessible Toilets
Good
An accessible loo which was fine. Small ramp to get up to the toilet level.
Staff
Excellent
Superb service from the staff. As we would have difficulty going up to order and managing the self service drinks machine staff quickly provided table service. Checking during the course of the meal to make sure we were OK. Couldn't have been more attentive!
Additional Information
So good, would tell friends and visit again; and the food was great as we sat and watched the ships in the harbour.
