Whatever your activity requirements, we've got everything you could need to enjoy your exercise routine. Whether that's working out in the gym, swimming, enjoying any one of our variety of group fitness classes, then Hemel Hempstead Leisure Centre's the place for you. Alongside all this, you can also enjoy a game of squash, play football on our outdoor pitch or relax and refuel in our cafe. We have a 25 metre indoor pool and a 25 metre outdoor pool to enjoy in the summer.

There is a lift that takes you to the first floor. On the first floor we have the gym, studios and swimming viewing areas for all of the swimming pools. There are seats on the swimming pool viewing area and over space for wheelchairs to see into the main pool.

There are two accessible toilets and showers on the ground floor not far from the reception. In the pool changing area there is a accessible toilet and shower. This has a hoist and lowering bed. On the first floor there are two accessible toilets.

Assistance dogs are welcome all around the building. There are assistants alarms in all of the toilets and shower room. With additional alarms throughout the swimming pools and gyms. There is an emergency evacuation chairs on the first floor for when the lift is not in use due to an emergency.
