Highland Liliums

After our previous experience visiting Highland Liliums, I was keen to make a return visit, especially with a view to supporting them during Covid 19 times. I’m glad to say I was still very impressed with access and the staff were really supportive, helpful and generous with their time. Apart from all that, the whole garden had a really magical feel, especially with the mists and the gorgeous autumn colours and I will be back soon hopefully.

This is a Garden centre in a beautiful location and as we were the only people there at the time, it had a magical, ethereal atmosphere as we wandered around. We visited at a very quiet time, out of season but there was still plenty of lovely colours and shapes to admire in the gardens and unexpected delights hidden in corners. It helped that the sky and the light were gorgeous too. The staff member was very helpful and friendly and left us to meander until we needed her; she directed us to the most accessible pathways and there were ramps into buildings where needed. She didn't know, but we were choosing items as a memorial for someone and she made the experience uplifting and less painful than it might have been.
