Holiday Inn

Access could be fantastic if they made the bathroom a wetroom. We stayed in the room with ceiling hoist as my brother needs use of one. Its very hard to find a hotel with one so we were delighted to find this place.... but then found that the large bathroom has a bath (?!). This meant he was unable to have a shower for the 2 nights we were in London, which wasn't particularly pleasant. Other than this everything was great - if the bathroom is changed we'll definitely be back.

Accessibility to the hotel was really very good, a specious building. Out room was large and had a very helpful ceiling hoist. Also very friendly concierge service
