Overall Rating
Good
Very small lift at the side of main entrance to get in. Once inside it is flat and spacious for wheelchair users. Internal lift for other floor.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
An old building that has been made accessible with lifts. Can get really close to everything, brilliant for anyone with visual impairment as the exhibits are brightly coloured, lit up and large.
Parking & Transport
Bad
Not sure there is any designated parking but plenty of parking spaces in town within walking distance.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
Not sure of toiletting situation but there is a changing place in Blackpool tower which is a minutes walk away.
Staff
Excellent
Excellent staff, very helpful and pleasant.
Additional Information
Beautiful, brilliant for anyone who has limited vision but likes looking at lights.
