The restaurant is on the third floor. The store and restaurant are fully accessible and there are lots of lifts. Staff are friendly and helpful are there is an accessible toilet on the same floor very close to the restaurant. However, I was alone and there is a long walk between where the food is served, where drinks are served, where the till is and where the tables are. I'm sure staff would have carried a tray for me if I had asked but I parked my scooter by a table and walked back to get my food and drink. I was very tired after that. Lovely food, though, and good value.

Disabled Access In and Around

Entrance doors are automatic, there are no steps on each floor, there are plenty of lifts and the aisles are wide.

Parking & Transport

John Lewis has its own carpark and there is a bus stop outside.

Accessible Toilets

I didn't use the accessible toilet.

Staff

They were all friendly and helpful.

Only go alone if you don't mind having to ask for help. I do.
