King's Cross Station Changing Places toilet ✅ Clean, scooter fit, everything in sensible places ❓ Radar key required ❌ "Traffic light" light system broken; thankfully someone told me it was in use before. Not sure if other accessible toilets were in use or lights were faulty. Cord needed tagging
