Wrapped up and pulled off ceiling..

The emergency cord in the accessible toilet was knotted around the hand rail and wasn’t even attached to the ceiling at all. So it wasn’t even in use- I had to rush out and it was too busy for me to grab someone to tell them. I’m going to tweet Lidl too
