Overview

Visited this lovely place with family for a great brunch in the cafe. Then browsed around the big, well stocked shopping area. A big variety of things to buy, some very unusual things & good ideas for Christmas!!

Transport & Parking

3 disabled parking designated spots near to the entrance. The car park is all tarmac & is flat & easily negotiable with a wheelchair.

Access

Entrance had automatic opening doors, all level. Once inside the building it was all level with adequate space to manoeuvre around the cafe to get to a table then to access the toilet. The shopping area is a,so all flat, level floors & you can access all areas with care in a wheelchair.

Toilets

The accessible toilet was equipped with adequate hand rails, a red emergency cord & room for a wheelchair & carer if necessary. The toilet was clean & well looked after.

Staff

All staff I met were friendly, helpful & polite.
