Good access to the main performance area for wheelchair users, step free. Threshold up-and-over ramp. Staff really helpful, great venue with amazing nights out! Toilet facilities not yet wheelchair accessible as down a very narrow corridor (but is step free if someone can walk a little way, but they aren't officially disabled access cubicles so no grab rails etc), but hopefully will be in the near future (they are a new business and it's a listed building so they are limited on this) On road parking, with nearest blue badge spaces about 100 metres away

QR code ordering from your seat for the bar is encouraged, and the staff will help with this if required. Emailing ahead will reserve an accessible table for you. Staff really want to help each and every customer. Compact venue making it easy to get around.

I travelled to this place by bus
On street parking, nearest official blue badge spaces approx 100m away, but the area has a few options for parking on double yellows with a blue badge etc. Not too far from the Paston Place and Royal Sussex County Hospital bus stops, but there is a steep hill between both bus stops and the venue. Plenty of space to be dropped off very close to the door, and once inside, you can be seated right in front of the performance space within 10 metres.

Accessible Toilets
Poor
Toilets sadly not wheelchair accessible yet (though this should be changing soon) but are all on one level and nearby, just along a very narrow corridor. As such, could suit someone with a walking stick/limited walking. No official "disabled" cubicle though, so no grabrails etc.

Staff really want to do right for everyone, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

You're absolutely right about the toilet facilities, and we really appreciate you flagging it so clearly for others too. As a newer business in a listed building, we're currently limited in what we can change structurally, but we are actively waiting on a government grant that would allow us to widen the corridor and create a proper designated accessible toilet with grab rails.
