    Accessibility Concerns MMT

    Accessibility was a concern for our experience. A young family member has physical disability Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) uses a frame and experiences severe pain and discomfort in legs when walking long distances. Another family member has a mental health disability. Speaking through microphone over the top of a family member with mental health disability and sensory challenges. No apology or willing to adapt. They refused to take us back to Albert Dock a safe point after Mathew street (5 mins away) because it was the last tour (4:30pm). Nearly drove away whilst still embarking. Dropped off vulnerable family members outside a pub where we were harassed
