Overview

Fantastic venue with great atmosphere, lovely food and awesome staff.

Transport & Parking

Couldn't see any specific disabled parking bays and the ground can be rough for rollators/walking sticks but we managed to park close to a small paved area at the door so no issues.

Access

Entrance is an excellent space with only a small lip at the entrance door which would not affect wheelchair users, rollator user had to be careful but was manageable. On entry there is fresh farm produce which looked delicious and then you are into another shopping area which is laid out to improve sales of course but can be tricky to negotiate with walking aids/wheelchairs, especially when busy. Once through this area you are into the café which is lovely and has high ceilings so feels very airy, even if busy.

Staff

As soon as we reached the café we were greeted and guided to our table and from that moment on the staff could not do enough - the service was terrific.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Will definitely be back - cannot wait to try their meals as they looked amazing. Went with a large group and we knew we had to leave by 5pm but there was no feeling of us being rushed out at all. In fact the only delay the entire time was waiting on our bill.... Great experience.
