Very helpful staff and a portable ramp to get in the door.

Limited on street parking. Accessible buses pass along the street with bus stops very close to the store.

Access

Impressive disabled access. There's a step to the door but on close inspection you'll find a doorbell to push to get assistance. Trying this out I found a member of staff responded quickly. I was offered help with opening the doors and asked if I would like the ramp.

After getting in the store staff asked if I needed any help shopping. I did and they found the products I wanted to purchase and carried them to the till. When I was ready to leave they opened the doors and put the ramp down for me. All done with no fuss and left me thinking what a great experience.
