I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: dexterity or coordination and moving around.

Poor
Whenever I have gone in here over the last 6 months since moving it is not the cleanest toilet, My experience on 14th Nov was dire, dirty, toilet and basin dirty, floor littered with paper and wet areas and smelly. However this seems to happen a lot with many branches of M&S now to be honest. When complained I was told "lack of staff".
