I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

An easily accessed Asian grocery store with plenty of choice and very friendly staff.

There are both steps and a ramped entrance to the store. There are shopping trolleys on the ramp near the entrance that may need to be pushed a bit closer to the wall to access the store, however once that has been done there is plenty of room for a wheelchair/powerchair to maneouver past. Inside the store the aisles and till areas are fairly wide and easy to access.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
There is a dedicated on-site carpark with ample parking for a relatively small grocery store and on-street parking adjacent to the shop if there happens to be a shortage of spaces in the carpark. It is a short distance from the city centre and easily accessed by foot/wheelchair.

Staff
Excellent
Staff in the Masala Bazaar are always very friendly and accomodating. Any questions we had about products were answered quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend this store for their wide variety of products and their positive attitude.
