I feel that McDonald's is a fairly accessible venue however the kiosks in the centre of the ground floor cause an issue when tried to mobilise in a wheelchair. The seating plan is also not great for wheelchair users as there is not much space on the ground floor and there is no lifts to go onto the second floor where there is more seating and tables. However, it is accessible and can be accessed by wheelchair users but it could be better.

It is accessible but not very spacious for wheelchair users

Excellent
You would need to get a train and walk or use the parking facilities that are a two minute walk away
Accessible Toilets
Good
There are accessible toilets on site but not a changing places toilet.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are friendly and attentive
