It has now been transformed into a modern 5 bedroom (all ensuite ) exclusive use self catering property with its own enclosed courtyard. There is one ground floor Bedroom with a fully accessible Ensuite shower room . The property has been designed with wheel chair users in mind - it is open plan and allows full access throughout the ground floor and outside areas. An ideal location for a family holiday.

Disabled Access at Menzies Steading at Castle Menzies Farm

Entry is through extra wide doors on concrete from the car park . There is 1 downstairs bedroom with a fully accessible ensuite wet room. The ground floor living, dining and kitchen areas are all open plan and allow excellent access. The outside enclosed courtyard has a wide concrete area leading from the bedroom and living area. Access to the BBQ and outdoor table is also on concrete.

The ensuite Bathroom has access without steps, wheel chair accessible sink, grab rails in the shower and toilet. The wet room shower is 1200 x 1500 with no steps . There are no hoists and the bath is not fully accessible but we do have a portable bath lift available for elderly or partially impaired visitors.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
