We booked the alpine coaster as a surprise Mother’s Day gift because I figured it might be a good idea to send my wife plummeting off the side of a mountain. We actually had a brilliant time, though the access does come with a few challenges. This venue is not suitable for wheelchair users who are unable to stand or ascend a few steps.

The route to the coasters is up a very steep, winding hill. If I didn’t have my power attachment, there’s no way I could have pushed myself up there. The steps leading up have tactile paving and handrails. To get onto the coaster itself you’ll need to manage three metal stairs. Also, you have to go to the kiosk in the car park to get a wristband first. This wasn’t clear at all, so we ended up having to backtrack down that hill.

No disabled loos, but there are standard male and female toilets.
Staff
Good
The staff were helpful, but I did feel like I had to get their attention rather than them keeping an eye out for people with reduced mobility. Usually you need to get off and queue after each ride, but they let me stay on, which was appreciated.
