Excellent
There is level-access to this venue making it easily accessible for everybody. The doors to the shop are automatic and the shop is based on one level only. There are pedestrian crossings close to the entrance with no curbs on the path at these crossings.

The shop is wheelchair friendly as there is no steps and the doors are automatic wide doors that allow the width of a wheelchair to pass through, However assistance may be required for wheelchair customers whilst shopping as products are often up on high shelves.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is a large carpark for customers travelling by car this includes disabled parking spots in close proximity to the entrance of the shop. There is a bike rack for cyclists and taxis pull up just outside the entrance of the shop. There is a wide pathway for pedestrians with textured paving in front of crossings for people with visual impairments.

The toilets are located in the cafe section of the shop. there are male and female disabled toilets and baby changing facilities available.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a customer service desk separate to the till area to deal with any queries and assist customers with various needs.
