A delightful experience, fully accessible

Very easy to get in and around the restaurant, and a fine spacious accessible toilet. Lovely staff, attentive without being intrusive. Fantastic cake! A great place to go for food, cake and drinks.
Transport & Parking
There are no step-free stations nearby, though Tottenham Court Road station should be step-free some time in 2016. Several bus routes will drop you nearby in Shaftesbury Avenue or Charing Cross Road.
The entrance is step-free, there is room to manoeuvre around the restaurant in a wheelchair, and the staff are very attentive, and keen to help you select the best possible table for comfort and spaciousness.
The accessible toilet is brilliant. There are a few minor gripes about it though. (1) A table and chairs are placed right in front of the door. Staff have to move diners to allow access to the toilet. How silly. (2) The red emergency cord had been tied up around a grab-rail, putting it out of reach of anyone who might fall to the floor. (3) The toilet is kept permanently locked and staff have to open it with a coin to let you in. Take a coin to the toilet with you to force the lock.
The staff are all adorably friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful. They made our visit a really happy and relaxing experience.
