Poor
They have disabled parking spaces and easy access but after you are lured inside (in my case to have dinner) and enquire about the accessible toilet you are told that there isn't one. I was told by the manager that it was an old building which couldn't be adapted but it has a modern extension that in my opinion could easily be changed, but it houses bedrooms and might require them to lose one, reducing the profits.
