There is a side on ramp into the salon but it is narrow and I'm unsure how good it would be for a power chair user. There is a slight step up to the door (part of the ramp) and I have seen a person using a mobility scooter go into the salon with assistance.
Parking & Transport
Good
You can park directly outside with a Blue Badge. Other meter parking is in nearby side streets opposite the salon. Bus stops (4, 44, 3, 33, 25, 2) on either side of the road are about 200 yards away and the pedestrian crossing is a few yards away.
Accessible Toilets
0No accessible loo and inaccessible toilet could do with a spruce.
Staff
Excellent
My son has learning disability and finds it hard to sit for very long. He also has some sensory issues so after a while having his head handled gets irritating for him. All the staff, but particularly Joanne and Mia are very patient with him, listen closely to what he says and are friendly and good at distracting him so that he comes out with clean hair and a trendy haircut.
Additional Information
As long as you don't need the loo this is a welcoming place to come to for a good haircut. Street access if you have mobility issues is a challenge. Assistance dogs are welcomed and water bowls provided.
