Moor Walk - Nando's
Moor Walk was a small area with the same layout as a shopping centre. It had level access with the street on one side and a lift and escalator down to The Moor on the other side. There were a few different places inside Moor Walk, Nando’s being one of them.
Nando’s was easy to find and get into, the door was slightly heavy but I was able to manage by myself. There was signage at the door showing they had a hearing loop available inside which was really nice to see.
The staff got me a table and made sure I was comfortable there. I then ordered via the Nando’s app which I always find really easy. The area with the drinks dispenser, ice cream machine, sauces, cutlery, napkins and a small sink was actually lower than what I’ve seen at other Nando’s locations. It made it much easier for me to be able to get everything I needed.
When I went it wasn’t too busy so there was a nice atmosphere in there and I was able to navigate the restaurant really easily. The staff were really lovely, the service was prompt and the accessible toilet was good too.
