All apartments have walk-in wet rooms which is step free. Each apartment boasts dining area and fully equipped kitchens to prepare your own meals at your convenience.

Both accessible-interconnecting apartments also have a separate entrance with private parking space and views and access to Walled Garden.

Eighteen newly renovated self-catering apartments, set within 2 acres of Walled Garden. Just a 20-minute drive to the picturesque town of Peebles and under 1 hour drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Apartment styles include Deluxe one-bedroom, Studio and Accessible Interconnecting. We pride ourselves as an accessible holiday destination for everyone to enjoy. Carefully thought out and designed to ensure a comfortable home from home stay. From lowered curb access straight to your apartment door to your own private parking space, making your arrival journey seamless. Our Accessible apartments feature a Ceiling Hoist, a Rise and Fall bed and level access PAC3 Wet room, designed to ensure there is enough hard floor space to move around freely and into a connecting Studio apartment. Netherurd Garden House can also be hired exclusively for large groups with use of grounds for outdoor activities and flexible indoor event space to suit the occasion.
