Car park is separate from garden centre (not something that can be changed) but surface of car park around disabled spaces is poor and makes it difficult to move wheelchair around.

Access

Could get round some of the front shop and part of the outdoor area, but the café and gift shop area were nearly impossible. Far too crowded with stock and tables/chairs. A lot of the outdoor area was also not negotiable due to rough surface, steps, narrow ways through etc.

Toilets

They have 1, but it's in the gift shop and not easy to get to.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Really disappointing. We used to go to this garden centre 2 or 3 times a year but now Mum has to use her wheelchair more than her sticks we probably won't be going back. It was too much like hard work! We'll stick to garden centres that are easy to access so that Mum can pick her own plants etc not be left waiting "out of the way" while I go and look for her.
