About

O2 Academy Leeds inhabits one of the city’s most historic venues. The Grade I listed building opened as the Coliseum in 1885 as a concert hall and then a theatre, hosting everything from variety shows to political meetings and religious gatherings and even a circus. The doors reopened in 2008 and the venue introduced itself to the city with a sell-out show from Kaiser Chiefs and DJ set in the Underground from Utah Saints.

Disabled Access at O2 Academy

The viewing area is located stage right on the balcony and can be accessed via lift or stairs. The area can accommodate up to 4 access customers with 4 companions. The main room bars have lowered sections for wheelchair users to access. The Merch Stall is accessible and has a lowered section. The Box Office is fitted with an induction loop.
