Good
Located on Ocean Drive and close to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre, this stop is ideal for those looking to catch a film, grab a coffee or do some gift shopping. As with all tram stops along the route, level boarding is available, allowing those with mobility aids to take a spontaneous trip.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There are ramps on either side of the platform, which is located in the middle of the road. Traffic lights are installed on either side, and have tactile pavements on both sides of the road - though you must cross tram tracks. Like the other stops across the city, there are seats under the rain shelters so you can take a break while you wait. There are ticket machines here too, although you can buy your ticket through the ET app, which I find easier. The platform edges have tactile markings, and there’s a help point with braille for anyone who needs information or wants to reach out for assistance in an emergency. There’s also a hearing loop installed.
