Old Course

Overall Rating

The famous West Sands run alongside the Old Course and there is an excellent path, mostly tarmac, that runs around the course and even down to the Eden estuary. We found that the part of the path which runs in front of the Old Course Hotel out towards the estuary allows an excellent wheelchair or electric scooter outing. There is a toilet block ( not strictly disabled access ) about 500 metres along this path. The views are amazing.

Disabled Access In and Around

Parking & Transport

You can park near the Jigger Inn which is beside the Old Course Hotel. Access to the path is from the car park.

Accessible Toilets

The toilet block on the course isn't strictly disabled access but could be used. But the proper disabled toilets are a two minute drive from here at the West Sands.
