    Mediocre for such a major venue

    I’ve attended two events here over the last 6 months. Both times the accessibility has been disappointing. Lifts not always working, often for a large exhibition there will only be one lift that you have access to, which have been very small. Toilet situation is awful. Not sure if the venue gives suggestions to organisers for setting up disabled viewing for stages but most recently there was no view from the disabled area of the stage.

    Olympia needs more disabled toilets and a lift that works

    Although there were several difficulties with my day trip that did not stop me having a wonderful day and I would still go again next year. I told them the same in their review

Should you experience any problems while at our venues, please contact any member of staff and ask for a member of the Customer Services Team who will assist you as necessary.

    Accessible parking at Olympia London

    Please note that Olympia's parking tariff is applicable to all visitors and unfortunately no discounts are available, other than the daily pre-booked rate. There are disabled bays available in the multi-storey car park at Olympia. You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance. Book online at any time, or call our advance booking line on 020 7598 2515 between 0900-1700 Monday to Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted. As a matter of policy Olympia will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.
