I have experience of challenges around: hearing and moving around.

Overall Rating

Good

This Premier in is located accross from Liverpool Lime Street Station it is literally a few minutes away. The hotel offers the normal standard and service you expect from this hotel chain .

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

The hotel is in Bolton street and the main entrance to the hotel is via a wide flat paved area from the street it self . However I would advise wheelchair users to take care on the Pavement area of Bolton street if you are heading out towards the Station or Cith Centre as the area goes down hill and the Pavement slops towards the Kerb area which can make it difficult if you self propel as it is difficult to keep the chair level, Best to keep the Wheelchair as far away from the Kerb as possible

Parking & Transport

Good

There is no car park attached to this hotel however there is information about carparking available on the hotel website which gives you a discount on this . Liverpool Lime Street station has services to various parts of the county and there are bus stops next to the station where you will find details details about services to various locations around the city and beyond

Accessible Toilets

Good

The accessible rooms in the hotel include bath and Wet rooms and again are of the standard you expect from this hotel chain

Staff

Excellent

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times

Additional Information

The room we used had an automatic door which made it easier to get in and out of the room in the Wheelchair
