Lovely hotel
We used the hotel as our base as we were getting married at St George's Hall, which is just up the road. This hotel is metres from lime Street Station so great for connections. There are two blue badge bays outside the main doors and a secure carpark a few metres from the hotel itself.
The main entrance is level access, the are numerous seats to rest if needed, the reception desk has a lowered section and the staff are fantastic.
I didnt use the restaurant but did go to the bar(at this time I didnt use my aids) the team were fabulous, I asked for assistance with carrying my drinks to my table and they were happy to help.
Access to the upper floors there are 2 lifts, we were on the 6th floor in a large suite and it was fabulous, plenty of room to move about, a dinning table, a large dressing table space with lights, two televisions one for the living room space and one on the bed side so if you need a rest or a bed day you have the tv.
The bathroom is big enough for two and plenty of space (the other rooms my family had were smaller and their bathrooms were too) the suite has a shower with a small step into it and a large, wide spa bath.
Once in your room its pretty quiet, in the suite we kept hearing a random noise which turned out to be the train station announcements, so please take that into consideration if your sensitive to noise.
Otherwise we loved this hotel and are booking to go back
