Overview
Accessible restaurant and bar on ground floor. Not steps to negotiate and no more than 200 yards from Lime Street Station and Empire Theatre Two lifts to upper floors and meeting rooms. Helpful staff
Transport & Parking
There are two parking bays directly outside main entrance. Double lines on road - can park using blue badge
Access
No steps. Seating around tables both at entrance and by main desk. Restaurant by main entrance and bar accessed through the restaurant. Lifts to floors and staff around to assist
Toilets
Disabled loos on ground floor. clean
Staff
Helpful but not overbearing

I have visited on a number of occasions. Great to have meal before theatre.

I stayed at this hotel a number of years ago, before I needed a wetroom. I enquired on staying there last year but was told that they didn't have accessible rooms. Is this still the case when you visited? I totally agree with what you have put but you don't mention of room facilities.
